The player is designed to work without an account and to keep optional listening preferences on your device.
Who is responsible
The Music Time Machine editorial team determines the purposes of catalog, correction, rights-request, and privacy processing. Contact: kea9997@gmail.com. OPTIWORK designed and developed the site and is not the data controller.
Device-only data
After you choose a region or interface language, the site may remember that choice in localStorage. It can also store mtm-likes, mtm-history, mtm-history-enabled, and mtm-telemetry. Opening the site alone does not create region or language preferences. Recent history and anonymous performance sharing are off by default; history entries older than 90 days are discarded. The player provides controls to stop history and delete local data.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security information, including IP address, time, requested URL, browser information, and abuse-prevention signals, under its own terms and privacy documentation.
Optional performance signals
Anonymous performance reporting is off by default. If you enable it, the site sends Core Web Vitals or limited error codes with page path, interface language, region, year, and release. It never includes song or artist, YouTube ID, birth-year input, full URL query, account identifier, or error message and stack. You can turn it off or delete the preference in the player.
YouTube and Google
No YouTube player request is made when the page or listening window first opens. Choosing Play loads the privacy-enhanced YouTube player. YouTube and Google may then process technical information, storage technologies, playback activity, and account state under their policies.
Advertising
Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled. A Google-certified consent flow will be deployed before advertising is activated where required. Advertising will remain separate from editorial selection.
Rights and transfers
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing by emailing the contact address. Cloudflare, Google, YouTube, and email providers may process information in countries where they operate under their safeguards.
